Hi, my first time to join and comment here. Not really sure how this works. Anyway I've linked your blog in my latest food post.

I haven't tried bagnet and they say it's better than a lechong kawali. I'm dying to know the difference.

Happy Friday and weekend ahead! ;)

no idea how they make bagnet, Nathalie...but usually we slice and 'fry' (i guess you could place them inside a hot oven, too) them first before eating it. :)

thanks for playing again!
happy weekend

in Ilocos, evry time i see Bagnet, i can really smell the oils. even thou i bit a bit i can really say that bagnet is better than letchon kawali since is fried in bigger chunks and done will lots of works (boil, hang to dry, fry, hang to dry and fry again)

heres my food friday entry

PS: im glad that we have new players, your "self linky/backlink" really works

@ Jay
i guess it's just proper that i do the backlink, though only some (not all) of the players give me a link back. but that's ok. better i give most of the time than i receive all the time and not give something back. :)

thanks for playing again, Jay
happy weekend

@ Chubs
hehe, oo nga masarap nga siya. though i don't think i can eat that daily. lol. on the other hand...maybe i can. LOL

thanks again for playing!
a happy weekend to you and to your family!
