This is really true. It's good to feel so down and everything, once in a while, but we must learn how to pick ourselves up, after we experience each let-down. I'm not an expert on things like this, but what I do know is that when you let go of all those angst and pain you're burdening yourself with ... you'll feel loads better! Literally like a big burden is being lifted from your shoulders. :)
