I just got this...
Did Someone Say BACON? (Vegan Nightmares Series)
My son is crazy about bacon (well, sometimes I am, too. lol)..so I want to know how other bacon lovers incorporate it in their meals. I will try to make mine healthier (maybe add veggies, or something), because that's just me being me. :D

Ms. Winnie, with her post White Chocolate Mud Cake with Layer of Strawberry Cheesecake, on her blog: Something Sweet
This week's food post has that ingredient that I have been trying my youngest to like: sweet potato. Am calling this: Crunchy Sweet Potato.
Ingredients:
* amounts listed good for two kids or one adult
Procedure:
I think that this was half a success (and half a failure) since my youngest only managed to eat three tablespoonfuls. But at least he tried. lol. My other son liked it, though. Both of us finished it in no time. :D
Reminder: Please don't forget to link back (a simple text would be great, or you may use the buttons provided here). Also, please try to visit the other party-goers and leave some commentluv to let them know that you dropped by. Many thanks! :)

Back when I was still in college I got invited to several religious groups to witness how they celebrate Christ. I have nothing against other religions since I believe that if it works for you, then you should definitely explore it. I attended some groups with interesting worship seating (men/boys were separated from women/girls), and one time I even attended a baptism. They waited for me to join them on to the pool for the baptism, but I just couldn't because ... I don't know. I was not comfortable. I mean, I was already baptized (when I was barely a month old here on earth). It strengthened my faith, though.
Am not really that religious, but I do pray to God. :)

InLinkz seems to be glitchy today...found out that it picked two featured players! No worries, happy to feature not one, but TWO yummy food posts for this week!
This week's Featured Food Friday players are ...
Ms. Kim, with her post Squash and String Beans in Coconut Milk, on her blog: @my tabletop.
and
Ms. Oggi, with her blog post Matcha Daifuku, on her blog: I Can Do That!
Japanese Food: my post for this week.
Nope, not my cooking. Though I wish it was. lol.
I have been craving for some hot ramen/noodles the couple of days and that's why when we got the chance to go out as a family this week (just the two kids and I), we had lunch in one of our fave restaurants, Kimono Ken. As usual, we just had to have hot gomoku ramen, kani salad, teriyaki chicken, sashimi, and kani tempura (last two dishes not in the pic). Surprisingly, no rice this time; and am glad, since we were full after we slurped and chomped everything down!

Easy Lettuce and Salted Eggs Salad, that's my post for this week. :)

There seems to be more 'anonymous' commenters the past few weeks than the usual. I mean, I saw about a hundred fifty from my spam folder alone! LOL.
Thank heavens someone thought of adding a spam folder in almost every account! I just hope I didn't get to delete a legitimate commenter back there, though...so sorry if I did. I did it unintentionally.
Comments are nice, but ... you know. :D
