Food Friday

crab in sotanghon

Hubby came home bringing this dish one night...it's simply named Crab in Sotanghon (type of noodles which is also called cellophane noodles). He knew that my crab craving have been going on for weeks (LOL), hence he wanted me to try this dish. It was ok, except for the fact that the spices/seasonings being used kind of overpowered the crab taste.

Told him that next time we eat at the restaurant; maybe it'll taste better. ;P

Sometimes, seafood needs to be simply cooked with less spices and sauce to highlight own flavors. But looks good though!
