I love bread with REAL cheese on it ... not those powdery stuffs that's supposed to resemble cheese (but tastes weird). ;P

*btw, that pesto cheese sticks (which is actually soft, which i like) is from Pan de Manila while the bread on the second shot is earthquake cheese from Bread Talk. :)

Experimenting. Again.

It has been months now since i first found out about those totally rad actions ... and i really do want to buy the original set (costs around US$149), though sometimes i think i'd rather go for the second set (which is just about US$10 more). Yup, indecisive me. But ... anyway.

Below is a shot which I took last year (yeah, meager shots these days) and decided to dabble on it, using one of the totally rad action freebies. Plus a few tweaks here and there, lol. Turned out to be quite different from the original shot. Weird result, huh? ;P

Am loving it! :)

My phone ...

I got a new phone three months ago (yup, it was a Christmas gift, from hubby) and the first thing that really bugged me was it's battery. It seemed to drain real fast and I wasn't sure why; it was the same brand as my former phone (which I had for around four years!) so I was expecting it to last around two-and-a-half days before I had to recharge. Boy, was I wrong! The battery only lasted for a day! Until I found out that I needed to turn off some of the features (like wifi detection and bluetooth) for the battery to last longer ... now it usually stays on for two days before I needed to charge it.

I know, I should have read the reviews (and the manual, lol) before wishing for that phone. Right now, am satisfied with it; yup, I can check on my facebook account (and even play some of the games) even without my computer. Now that's real convenient! :)

Passing thought ...

These days it is a good idea to weigh your options if you want to invest in something that interests you. It could be anything, like getting a motorhome, or else something as ambitious as owning a boat! I know, not everybody can afford one, so better check both online and offline (personally, I find online checking easier ... and that's how I found out about www.goodsamfinancecenter.com) offers. Try searching until one of them suits you and your budget.

My former boss had a yacht of his own, and he was only like 32 years old! Well, it did help that his family is one of the elite in the society, but he was practical, too. If he wasn't using it, some of his friends rented the boat for the weekend. Talk about mixing business with pleasure! :)
