I have no idea why, but back at my parent's home we seldom serve embutido (meatloaf prepared Filipino style). I guess that's partly the reason why I don't like eating it, unless it's fried.
Would love to learn how this is cooked, though. Some love it with ketchup, but I love mine with tomatoes sprinkled with salt and dried dill leaf tips.
Got that embutido from SIL when we came for a visit. :)
