I live in Gensan and there's a tsunami of sashimi in here. But I have to say that I find it crude to be eating it raw. I just don't love the taste. I am green with envy everytime I see peepz eating sashimi. How I wish I'd learn to love eating it one day ;-)

..you should try the salmon sashimi! it tastes different from tuna. i thought i'd puke the first time i ate it (hubby insisted we try it at least once, lol), but mixed with wasabi and soy sauce it felt and tasted almost creamy and milky-like! or maybe it's just me and my weird tastes. xD

I love fish... but I have yet to convince myself to eat raw fish.I do it kinilaw, but I believe it was already cooked in vinegar, so I don't think it's 100% raw. :)
My brother will surely love this, he's a big fan of the sashimi.

...i must admit, salmon is the only fish that i like eating raw. the tuna, octopus, and what-else-is-there (LOL), i'm not much of a fan. kinilaw, yes, i like, specially if it has coconut milk! YUM!

Same here! I even made my Hubby promise that we'll eat salmon sashimi at The Peninsula Manila (they serve one of the freshest!) once the baby gets out. He was able to fulfill his promise so happy me! =D

Lovely color. Looks fresh and yummy! One of the two fish that I eat raw. The other one is tuna. :D
