My Food Friday post for today is something I didn't cook: Pizza.
*Do I see a really big smile over there? LOL
Yup, store-bought pizza delivered to our home...
Well, I wish I cooked that myself (I tried before, and the dough was pathetic!); but this time it's NOT only the taste that mattered to me, but also the gesture which came with that pizza.
As some of you know, hubby has been assigned to the province (the Visayas and Mindanao areas) for a couple of months now. To some who aren't familiar with the location, well, no worries. It only takes about an hour (or about an hour and a half) via airplane to get there from where I'm at. That's a bit far, in my book.
Anyway, two days ago my sons and I were feeling bored and lazy. We all missed their Daddy and decided to send him a message. His reply came back and after a couple of bantering we asked him for a pizza. We were joking, of course. But he wasn't since after about an hour this arrived:
We enjoyed eating that special pizza that day.
Sure, I dream of getting a degree from the primo Culinary Schools in Ohio or other prestigious online cooking schools. But for now? I need it fast and easy! :D
*btw, it was already paid for when it arrived. lol

I've been seeing a lot pizza entries and photos for the past weeks. If only it can talk and ask me if I want one ---I'd definitely say yes :) I should take this as a hint...I'll make sure we buy pizza for Saturday night and satisfy my cravings! Have a great weekend :)
