Nothing fancy, but that's soul food for me! Not for my sons and hubby, though, since I know they prefer meat with their veggies (except for the youngest, since he also likes salted fish). LOL

Squash and malunggay? Uy, that's a good idea! Lagi kaming squash and sitaw... I might cook this this week, too. What are those red ones?
The tuyo...am not much fond of, pero paminsan minsan I do eat it, lalo kapag may fried rice and maanghang na suka on the side. :)

...yup, malunggay is great with coconut dishes! those red ones are bellpeppers. i also added chili pepper.
