Have you seen those advertisements about how you can make your eggs fluffier and taste yummier by adding mayonnaise? Well, I have and it certainly had me interested...I mean, is it for real?
So last weekend I tried adding mayonnaise to my scrambled eggs. I couldn't resist adding some button mushrooms and green bellpeppers, though. lol. Yeah, that's me. Straying away. ;P
The verdict: yup, it was indeed fluffier and yummier (though am sure that the fat content of the omellete has skyrocketed by then. lol)!

...I added around one heaping (tablespoon) of mayonnaise to two scrambled eggs; i think if i wanted to make it more fluffier i need to add more mayo...lol. meaning MORE FAT! :P
i am really curios in putting some mayo in the scrambled egg... now i know its really effective.. i really loved scrambled egg=)

yummy! i mix milk and mineral water to my scrambled eggs.
try milk, May and scrambled it in a microwave oven. it's more fluffy that with mayo. siguro milk and mayo would make the scrambled eggs more soft and fluffier.
