I have heard this before, but wasn't sure who said it ... until now. Quite interesting, really. Such a very practical advice that is relevant not only during those days, but also today. I should tell this to my son, when he wakes up. Hope it won't scare him; he's only eight! lol.
This should be my mantra, lol. :)
