Sweet Potato

One of my fave snacks - camote/sweet potato que! This shot was taken in Cagayan de Oro and this was the best camote que that I have ever had in years! I could taste the really sweet potatoes (yes, so different from the ones that we get here!)! The next time we get back to Mindanao again, I must simply have one of these! :)

Snack: Fried Bananas

Had some really nice plantain bananas and we ate most of them raw. lol. Yes, we like them that way. The 'leftovers', I decided to cook. Added toasted sesame seeds and local honey after I fried them.
