We had toge (mungo sprouts) last Friday night, and since I didn't use up all the toge in the pack, I decided to cook the remaining ones during the weekend. We had toge omellete for breakfast. Just a matter of mixing scrambled eggs, around a tablespoon of evaporated milk, salt, pepper, cumin, and toge together. Yup, I added cumin (i just love cumin and toge together!). Since we had a fresh loaf of bread that day, thought of adding some lettuce to the buttered toasted bread and dumping the omelette in. lol.
I liked it. Simple and easy. Healthy too, I think. ;P

I agree that toge and cumin do make a good pair. :) I still haven't had my breakfast, this got me drooling. Send some here, please? Hehehe.
Thanks for sharing! :)
Toge omelette, that's something new and yes, healthy! I'd love to try that, too! By the way, I just learned today that my post will be featured in Food Friday this Friday. Love that! Is there anything I need to do, any requirement that I need to fulfill in relation to this? Thanks!
