Had cinnamon oatmeal with apple slices yesterday. It's brown because I used muscovado sugar. :)

I got to taste the Quaker apple-cinnamon oatmeal before, but seeing real apple chunks on your bowl sure is a better choice.

It's very unfortunate, too, that my body can't take that much oatmeal - once or twice in a week is okay, but at times I do get heartburn whenever I eat it. Sayang, masarap pa naman ang oatmeal :(

...i cooked the rolled oats together with the ground cinnamon sticks, apple slices, and sugar, Jenn. i seldom buy flavored oatmeals....usually kasi ayoko ung lasa. :)
...too bad your stomach can't take too much oatmeal...oo nga, msarap pa naman ang oatmeal. healthy, too.

I love the aroma of cinnamon! I sometimes use muscovado sugar sa coffee ko.
