That's my favorite tinapa. Medyo matinik, but I find it more delicious than galunggong. :) Hmmm... togue omelet, that's interesting! What a way to put veggies in the meal! Gagayahin ko yan, kulang ako sa serving ng veggies kasi.
oo nga, eh. nakita ko yung rice only when i started doing some post-processing. lol my kids liked the omelette, G...but they also eat toge even if it's not mixed with scrambled eggs. :)
Truly Filipino food, haayy miss ko na kumain ng ganyan not all the time meron sa hapag namin nagutom tuloy ako!! Hi Maiylah it was nice blog-hopping by your site.. I followed thru google friend connect. Godbless

...haven't tried tinapa with calamansi or patis yet. msubukan nga! lol. ah, yes. my kids eat veggies kasi wala silang choice. i make them eat their veggies (strict ba? hehehe)...siguro nasanay nalang. there are some veggies that the two-year old isn't fond of, though...like the ampalaya and the cauliflower. hahaha
