Some people find it really hard to shed off unwanted pounds and I must admit, I am one of them! I am not that overly heavy for my height (or so I'd love to think! lol), but I know it wouldn't hurt if I shed off around five pounds, or something. However, after visiting my doctor earlier today, I was told that I need to gain a bit of weight ... I didn't use any diet pill that works; what's been happening is that I just don't seem to feel like eating. Weird, huh?!
What I did then was eat and drink, and now I feel like I'm so bloated! :D
