Something personal, like your state of mental health, is important; not only for the society, but mostly for the affected person. There could be times of doubt and uncertainties, and that should not be the time to just keep quiet and think that things will soon return to normal. Things like extreme depression (or unable to shake off that depressed feeling for months), society anxiety, or personality disorders, are just some of the things to look out for.

If you are concerned for a loved one (or having doubts about your own mental health state), then I think it's a good idea to listen to Your Mental Health Talk Radio, where you can tune in; and if you want to join into the conversation, all you have to do is register.
