just couldn't resists taking a shot ... i just loved the colors and the way they were arranged ~ so elegant! :)

interestingly, i never knew googling for the word "shoe" would give me these meanings from Thinkexist.com:

1. (n.) The outer cover or tread of a pneumatic tire, esp. for an automobile.
2. (n.) A plate, or notched piece, interposed between a moving part and the stationary part on which it bears, to take the wear and afford means of adjustment; -- called also slipper, and gib.
3. (n.) To protect or ornament with something which serves the purpose of a shoe; to tip.
4. (n.) The trough or spout for conveying the grain from the hopper to the eye of the millstone.
5. (n.) An iron socket to protect the point of a wooden pile.
